Prior to check-in, we require credit card information and identical ID for reservation.

Parties are strictly prohibited! Violation may result in fees up to $1000 and immediate evacuation of the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking indoors.
Please be considerate of the neighbors and adhere to noise restrictions as per noise hazard rules.
Additional guests beyond the reservation are not allowed. Fees up to $40 per additional guest may apply.
Barbecue (BBQ) activities are not permitted inside the premises. Violation may result in fees up to $1000.
Properly use the provided white towels and linens and avoid causing stains. A fee of up to $50 will be charged for any damages.
The Jacuzzi is not a disposal area. Please refrain from throwing any objects, food, or soap into it.
Ensure that the apartment is left in a clean condition, including washing dishes and organizing garbage. Please place used sheets and towels in the designated bag.
Eating is only allowed in the dining area. Any stains or cigarette burns will incur additional charges.
Furniture should not be moved from its original placement.
Theft of any items will be subject to reimbursement.
Before departing, kindly turn off all electrical appliances, including AC, lighting, and the boiler.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Any delays in vacating the premises will be subject to charges. Nimi group reserves the right to enter the apartment for cleaning purposes for the next guest.
